Main hall hourly rate - £15. Fully licensed bar comes with the hire of the main hall on Fridays and Saturdays.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the South Grove Community Centre being a charity we are unable to rent out the hall on a Friday or Saturday without the use of the bar as this is our biggest source of revenue. This revenue is vital to the survival of the community centre.
16th, 18th & 21st Birthday Parties are required to have SIA registered door people.
Up to the first 100 guests 2 door people are needed and 1 more door person for every 75 guests thereafter.
This is the law so no other option will be accepted.

Fridays & Saturdays

Price 1: Main hall/kitchen/lounge bar area - Full day hire 9:30am - 12 Midnight = £200. Half day hire - 4:30pm - 12 Midnight =
£100.

Extra time can be purchased at the hourly rate of £15 per hour for half day bookings as long as there is nothing else going on in the centre on the day of booking.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:

We do not accept Card payments. We can only accept Cash or Cheque.
£40 booking fee to be paid at the time of the booking to secure the date wanted. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to date of the function.
£100 cash refundable deposit is to be paid on collection of keys. This will be returned the first working day after the event, following a satisfactory premises inspection.
